Deciding to adopt a positive mindset, doesn’t mean you don’t have bad days!
It doesn’t mean you think your life is perfect.
It doesn’t mean you don’t worry about fucking everything up.
It doesn’t mean you don’t doubt yourself and the direction you are taking.
It doesn’t mean that you won’t want to give up some days.
It doesn’t mean that you can’t feel sad, over whelmed, stressed out and out of control.
but its does mean that you accept there are things you can do, to change how you think.
Having a positive mindset does mean that you choose to refocus your time on bits of your life that make YOU BETTER!
It means that you stop doing the things that REPEATEDLY make you unhappy, unwell and unproductive!
- It means that when you fuck something up you learn from it!
- It means that you get behind yourself and the choices you are making!
- It means you make the time to do things that you enjoy and that make you happy!
Not every day is good!

Changing your mindset isn’t about fairy tails it is about ridding yourself of comparison and embracing you own focus, direction and then taking action until it happens!
It is not going to be easy. I struggled to accept that most of the things I complained about in my life WERE ACTUALLY WITHIN MY DIRECT CONTROL….
Stop pretending your life is the way it is because of other people.
If other people are causing you poor choices, poor mindset and poor self worth. Then change your circle. Remove yourself from anything that feels detrimental to the long term goals you are setting for yourself!
